Artificial intelligence (AI) is used, where appropriate, in all our business processes to improve efficiency, quality and decision-making. In general, we use AI for data analysis, forecasting, business process optimization, quality control and error detection, customer interaction and, in the full-service brokerage division, human resources management.
Complementary to the topics of SDG and ESG, we focus on the aspect of circular economy in all projects. We only get involved if a sustainable economic model can be used that aims to add value to materials and products for as long as possible. Conserving resources and reducing environmental impact in the context of the best possible return on investment are declared goals. In the case of renewable energy projects, this means that we also focus on energy efficiency rather than just cheap production and on scalability in the interests of efficiency and cost optimisation. The water sector also offers further potential for optimisation through circular processes such as rainwater harvesting, wastewater collection and treatment, water recovery from industrial processes and reuse in new production or irrigation steps to protect and regenerate natural water resources.

Human Resources
The identification, training and qualification of young workers abroad according to German / European standards, currently with a focus on Vietnam and India, are a key focus of the company. Through the development of digital applications – with the inclusion of AI – the processes are standardized and comparable, regardless of location. The workers / specialists trained in this way are then placed in job markets that are looking for them, currently primarily in Germany.
Full-service brokerage
The targeted placement and qualification of foreign skilled workers is a key element in securing the supply of skilled workers in Germany. Generationes relies on a holistic full-service placement model that combines professional qualification, language support and cultural integration. Close cooperation with the authorities and a strong network enable administrative hurdles to be overcome efficiently. This creates an integrative process that opens up sustainable prospects for both companies and skilled workers and contributes to the future viability of the labor market.
E-learning
E-learning offers a wide range of opportunities to design flexible, scalable and individualized educational programs. Digital learning platforms make it possible to impart knowledge regardless of time and place and to cater to different needs.
